![]() No one is confused as a scarlet is obviously a red, and Phthalo blue GS is readily available and a basic cool blue to many artists. They will also create Indigo and a deep mixed black. When mixed, they will create neutral indian red hues, which is really useful in a palette. This is clearly a warm red and a cool blue.
